هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستويات أداء مدرسو التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر المشرفين الاختصاص في محافظة نينوى. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لملاءمته طبيعة البحث. وتكّون مجتمع البحث من (131) مدرسا من مدرسي التربية الرياضية العاملين في المدارس الإعدادية والمتوسطة في مدينة الموصل، وتكّونت عينة البحث من (80) مدرسا من مدرسي التربية الرياضية. استنتج الباحث أن غالبية مدرسو المدارس المتوسطة والإعدادية يمتلكون مستوا متوسطا وبنسبة (45%) في ممارسة أدائهم في المدرسة بشكل عام وكذلك كانت نسبة أكثر من (27%) منهم حصلوا على تقدير امتياز وجيد جدا وأن أقل من (13%) من مدرسو التربية الرياضية كانوا في المستويين مقبول وضعيف من وجهة نظر المشرفين الاختصاص. The objective of the research is to identify the performance levels of physical education teachers from the point of view of supervisors in Nineveh province. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the research. The research community consisted of (131) teachers of physical education working in middle and middle schools in the city of Mosul. The sample consisted of (80) teachers of education Sports workers in middle and middle schools in the city of Mosul. The researcher concluded that the majority of middle and middle school teachers have average level of (45%) in the performance of their performance in school in general, as well as more than (27%) of them received a rating of excellence and very good and that less than (13%) of the teachers of physical education were at acceptable levels and weak from the point of view of specialized supervisors.
