يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور معلمات رياض الأطفال في تعزيز ونضوج التفكير الإبداعي لدى أطفال الروضة في العراق من وجهة نظر المعلمات في ضوء البيئة الصفية المتاحة. تكونت عينة البحث من (120) معلمة، ضمن مديرية تربية نينوى في العراق، ولتطبيق البحث أعد الباحث أداة البحث المتمثلة باستبانة في المهارات التفكير الإبداعي موزعة على خمس مجالات تكونت بصيغتها النهائية من (35) فقرة. أظهرت النتائج أن البيئة الصفية وعلاقتها بدور معلمات رياض الأطفال في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى أطفال الروضة كانت متوسطة، إذ جاءت بالترتيب الأول كل من الطلاقة والتفاصيل بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.12)، بينما جاءت حساسية المشكلات في الترتيب الأخيرة وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.00)، وبلغ متوسط الحسابي للتفكير الإبداعي ككل (3.06)، ووجود فروق في المؤهل العلمي لصالح ماجستير فما فوق، ووجود فروق في الخبرة التدريسية لصالح (10 فأكثر). يوصي الباحث بتدريب المعلمات على مهارات التفكير الإبداعي ومشاركة معلمات رياض الأطفال في دورات تربوية بشكل دوري. ويقترح الباحث أهمية إعداد دليل خاص لمهارات التفكير الإبداعي. The study aimed to identify the role of kindergarten teachers in developing creative thinking among kindergarten children in Iraq from the teachers' perspective in the light of the available classroom environment. The study sample consisted of (95) teachers, within the Nineveh Directorate of Education in Nineveh\ Iraq, and to apply the study the researchers prepared a tool The study represented by a questionnaire in the skills of creative thinking distributed in five fields which consisted in its final form of (35) paragraphs. The results showed that the classroom environment and its relationship to the role of kindergarten teachers in developing creative thinking among kindergarten children was average, as both fluency and detail came first with an arithmetic average of (3.12), while the sensitivity of the problems came in the last rank with an arithmetic average of (3.00). The mathematical average for creative thinking as a whole was (3.06), and there were differences in the educational qualification in favor of postgraduate studies, and there were differences in teaching experience in favor of (10 and more).
