تأتي هذه الدراسة للكشف عن التفكير الإبداعي لمعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الأحساء، إلى جانب التعرف إلى الفروق في ضوء متغيري الخبرة والتخصص. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت على عينة بلغت (340) معلمة. استخدم فيها مقياس التفكير الإبداعي المكيف من قبل الباحثة حذام سلمان (2021). خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الأحساء لديهن تفكير إبداعي بدرجة مرتفعة. وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في ضوء متغيري الخبرة والتخصص. This study aims to reveal the creative thinking of primary school teachers in Al-Ahsa governorate, in addition to identifying differences in light of the variables of experience and major. The descriptive approach was followed in this study. The study was applied to a sample of (340) female teachers. The creative thinking scale adapted by researcher Hawzam Salman (2021) was used. The results of the study concluded that primary school teachers in Al-Ahsa governorate have a high degree of creative thinking. In addition, the results showed that there were no differences in light of the variables of experience and major. (Published abstract)
