يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع معايير الجودة الشاملة لمختبرات الفيزياء في المدارس الإعدادية والثانوية في مدينة الموصل. تكونت عينة البحث من (33) مدرسة ثانوية واعدادية و متوسطة في مدينة الموصل للعام الدراسي 2019-2020. ولتحقيق هدف البحث أعد الباحثان استبيان من خمس مجالات وتكون بصيغته النهائية من (55) فقرة. تم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته بالطرق المناسبة. وبعد توزيع استبانة البحث أظهرت النتائج ما يأتي:ضعف التزام المختبرات بمدينة الموصل بمبادئ الجودة الشاملة في مجلات الخمسة وعدم وجود التزام باستخدام المختبر في التعليم بصورة عامة. استنتج الباحثان أن هناك ضعف في مراعاة الجودة الشاملة في مختبرات مدينة الموصل بالإضافة إلى ضعف العمل المختبري وفي المدارس التي يتواجد فيها مختبر وهي مدارس المتميزين، فإن العمل يقتصر على المدرس ومساعد المختبر من دون اشراك الطلاب في العمل على التجارب في المختبر وإنما يكون دورهم هو فقط التلقي والمشاهدة. وأوصى الباحثان عدة توصيات، تفعيل المختبرات في داخل محافظة نينوى بصورة عامة ومدينة الموصل بصورة خاصة مع ضرورة مراعاة معايير الجودة الشاملة في داخل المختبر وتفعيل دور وزيادة عدد اللجان المختصة بمتابعة ومراجعة تطوير العمل المختبري في داخل محافظة نينوى واعتمادها معايير الجودة الشاملة في التجهيز وطريقة الاستخدام المختبرات. The research aims to reveal the reality of the comprehensive quality standards for physics laboratories in preparatory and secondary schools in Mosul. The research sample consisted of (33) secondary and intermediate schools in Mosul city for the academic year (2019-2020). To achieve the objective of the research, the researchers prepared a questionnaire from five fields, and in its final form it consisted of (55) items. The reliability of the scale has been validated by appropriate methods. After distributing the research questionnaire, the results showed the following: Non-compliance of laboratories in Mosul with the principles of total quality in the five journals, and lack of commitment to use the laboratory in education in general. The researchers concluded that observing the overall quality in the laboratories of the city of Mosul is not considered in addition to the lack of work inside the laboratory, but in schools where there is a laboratory such as distinguished students ’schools, the work is limited to the teacher and the laboratory assistant without involving students in the work on experiments in the laboratory, but their role It is only receive and watch. The researchers recommended several recommendations, including the necessity to observe the overall quality in the laboratory and activate the laboratories inside the Nineveh Governorate in general and the city of Mosul in particular to increase the preparation of follow-up committees to review the development of laboratory work in the Nineveh Governorate to adopt the comprehensive quality standards in the processing and use of laboratories.
