تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه الطالبات في مادة الرياضيات في حل المسائل الرياضية. قام الباحثين بعدد من الإجراءات كالآتي: 1) تم اختيار عشوائي عينة من طالبات متوسطة الصفا للبنات في تكريت حيث تكونت من مرحلة الأول متوسط من مجموعتين (أ- ب) وكان العدد الكلي للطالبات (120) طالبة. 2) استخدم الباحثين في الدراسة مجموعة من الوسائل ذات الدلالة الإحصائية ومنها الاستبيانات التي تم توزيعها على الطالبات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إهمال الطالبات لدراستهن والمراجعة وكذلك إهمال الواجبات البيتية إضافة إلى ذلك عدم كفاءة بعض المدرسات وافتقارهن إلى طرائق التدريس الحديثة عند عرض الدرس وأيضا إهمالهن للفروق الفردية بين الطالبات وعدم التواصل مع أولياء أمور الطالبات كل هذه الأسباب أدت إلى فشلهن في حل المسائل الرياضية في مادة الرياضيات. This aim of this research to identify the most important difficulties that female students in solving mathematical problems. To obtain the aims of the study the researchers have adopted a number of proceedings as following. Take a randomly samples from AL-Safa intermediate School for girls in Tikret. The first stage consists of two sections (A-B) the total number of students is (120). The research uses different statistical means such as a set of questions which have been given to the students to answer them. The study found that female students ’neglect of their studies and review, as well as neglect of homework, in addition to the inefficiency of some female teachers and their lack of modern teaching methods when presenting the lesson, as well as their neglect of individual differences between students and lack of communication with the guardians of students. All these reasons led to their failure to solve mathematical issues in mathematics. Finally, the study presented solutions to the above problems and could be adopted by teachers to advance a better scientific reality. (Published abstract)
