يهدف البحث إلى تقنين وتعديل مقياس الشخصية طبق على معلمات في محافظة نابس في فلسطين (2005) وتوظيفه على معلمي التربية الرياضية في ممثلية وزارة التربية في أربيل، بعد عرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء في المجال النفسي والتربوي وإجراء الصدق والثبات والموضوعية والتحليل الإحصائي عليه، ومقارنته بالتقييم السنوي للإشراف من خلال استمارة تقييم أداء المعلمين من قبل المشرفين التربويين وفقا للمعايير الخاصة بالمعلمين للتعرف على العلاقة والخروج بتوصيات مناسبة. ولتحقيق ذلك، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واشتمل مجتمع البحث معلمي التربية الرياضية في ممثلية وزارة التربية في أربيل البالغ عددهم (325) معلم من ثلاث محافظات (نينوى، والأنبار، وصلاح الدين) وموزعين على (156) مدرسة. أما عينة البحث فقد اشتملت على (150) معلم من معلمين التربية الرياضية موزعين على عينة البناء وعينة التطبيق. عولجت البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، النسبة المئوية، اختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، معامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون. توصل الباحثون إلى صلاحية مقياس الشخصية لقياس شخصية المعلمين وعلاقته الإيجابية بين تقييم الأداء من خلال مقارنته باستمارة تقييم أداء المعلمين السنوية من قبل المشرفين التربويين والاختصاصيين وهي استمارة تقييم سنوية معتمدة من قبل وزارة التربية العراقية. أوصى الباحثون بتطبيق مقياس السمات الشخصية من قبل الباحثون الذين لديهم توجه نحو دراسة الشخصية لدى معلمين التربية الرياضية فضلا عن استخدام المقياس في الدراسات التجريبية باعتباره محك يمكن الرجوع اليه كاختبار قبلي وبعدي للتعرف على السمات الشخصية ككل. The educational researchers have interested in the teacher and his personal character as the essence of the educational process and as a guide once and polite and does not fit the status of education does not fit only with the teacher's conciliation, and crystallized the idea of the current research aims to identify the personal characteristics of the teacher of sports education and the impact on the performance of his job, which directly affect the performance of students and their love of the article And attached to them. It also aims to standardize and modify a measure of personality traits applied to teachers in Nablus governorate in 2005 and use it on the teachers of physical education in the representative ministry of education in Erbil, after presenting it to a group of experts in the field of psychological and educational and honesty, consistency, objectivity and statistical analysis, and it compared to the annual evaluation of the supervision through the form of evaluation of the performance of teachers and teachers by supervisors specialists and educators in accordance with the standards for teachers to identify the relationship and exit recommendations appropriate, and in order to achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and included the research community. The teachers of the physical education in the Ministry of Education in the province of Arbil (325) teachers from three provinces (Nineveh, Anbar and Salahuddin) and distributed to (156) schools, the sample of the study has included (150) teachers of physical education distributors on sample construction and sample application. The data were statistically treated by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, T-test for two independent samples, and Pearson's simple correlation coefficient. The researchers concluded the validity of the personality traits measure and the positive correlation between performance evaluations by comparing the annual teacher performance assessment form by educational supervisors and specialists, an annual assessment form approved by the Iraqi Ministry of Education. They have a tendency towards studying the personality of physical education teachers as well as using the scale in empirical studies as a testable test as a pre and post test to learn about personality traits as a whole.
