هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور إدارات المدارس في دعم درس تربية رياضية نموذجي من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية في مركز قضاء الموصل في ضوء متغيرات المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من معلمي التربية الرياضية في مركز قضاء الموصل، والبالغ عددهم (166) معلم موزعين على مدارس مركز الموصل بجانبيها الأيمن والأيسر. ولجمع البيانات قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها وعرضها على الخبراء والتي تكونت من ثلاث محاور و(32) فقرة موزعة على المحاور، تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) لمعالجة النتائج، ومن المعالجات الإحصائية التكرارات والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والنسبة المئوية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور إدارات المدارس في دعم درس التربية الرياضية مرتفع جدا واحتل محور الدعم الخارجي والاجتماعي على المرتبة الأولى، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية بين متغيرات الدراسة المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة وما بين دور الإدارة المدرسية ودرس التربية الرياضية. وقد أوصى الباحثان بالاهتمام بدرس التربية الرياضية والامكانات المادية والتجهيزات الرياضية. The study aims to identify the role of school administrations in supporting a model physical education lesson from the point of view of physical education teachers in the Mosul district center in the light of the variables of educational qualification and years of service, in the schools of Mosul Center on its right and left sides. The sample of the study consisted of teachers of physical education in the center of the district of Mosul, the number of which is (166) teachers distributed over the schools of the center of Mosul on its right and left sides. To collect the data, the researchers prepared a questionnaire after verifying its validity and reliability and presented it to the experts, which consisted of three sections and (32) items distributed on them. The statistical package (SPSS) was used to process the results. Among the statistical treatments were frequencies, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and percentage. The results of the study showed that the role of school administrations in supporting the lesson of physical education is very high, and the sections of the external and social support ranked first. Also, it was found that there was a direct relationship between the variables of the study, academic qualification and years of service, and between the role of school administration and the lesson of physical education. Hence, the researchers recommended paying attention to the study of physical education, physical capabilities and sports equipment. (Published abstract)
