هدف البحث إلى: 1) التعرف على مستوى الفاعلية التنظيمية ومحاورها لقسم النشاطات الطلابية في جامعة الموصل. 2) التعرف على مستوى عوامل الفاعلية التنظيمية في قسم النشاطات الطلابية في جامعة الموصل. اشتملت عينة البحث على (19) مسؤولا لشعب النشاطات الطلابية موزعين على (19) كلية، مثلت نسبة (82.6%) من مجتمع البحث. لغرض الوصول إلى هدف البحث قام الباحثان باستخدام المقياس الذي أعده (الطائي، 2010) لتقييم الفاعلية التنظيمية للمنظمات الرياضية في محافظة نينوى، وبما أن الأداة مطبقة على عينة غير مشابهة لعينة البحث الحالي، قام الباحثان بالتحقق من صدقه الظاهري وثباته. وفي معالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام الوسط الحسابي والنسبة المئوية، واستنتج الباحثان ما يأتي: 1) يتمتع قسم النشاطات الطلابية بمستوى فاعلية تنظيمية متوسط. 2) يمتلك قسم النشاطات الطلابية مستوى عالي في تحديد الأهداف .3) يؤكد قسم النشاطات الطلابية على الإلتزام بأوقات العمل بمستوى عالي .4) جاء ت المحاور (التطوير، التحفيز، الرقابة والتقويم، الاتصالات، الرضا عن العمل، التماسك) بمستوى متوسط. 5) لقسم النشاطات الطلابية مستوى منخفض من التكيف. The aim of the research is to: 1) Identify the level of organizational effectiveness and its themes for the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul. 2) Identify the level of organizational effectiveness factors in the Student Activities Department at the University of Mosul. The research sample included (19) officials of the student activities division distributed in (19) colleges, which represented (82.6%) of the research community. For the purpose of reaching the goal of the research, the two researchers used the scale prepared by (Al-Tai, 2010) to assess the organizational effectiveness of sports organizations in Nineveh Governorate, since the tool is applied to a sample that is not similar to the sample of the current research, so the researchers verified its apparent validity and reliability. In processing the data statistically, the arithmetic means and percentage were used, and the researchers concluded the following: 1) The student activities department has a medium level of organizational effectiveness. 2) The student activities department has a high level of goal setting. 3) The student activities department confirms adherence to working hours at a high level. 4) The themes (development, motivation, monitoring and evaluation, communication, job satisfaction, and cohesion) came at a medium level. 5) The student activities department has a low level of adaptation.
