يهدف البحث إلى التحقق من الدور الوسيط للذكاء الانفعالي بين تأثير الضغوط الدراسية على الإليكسيثيميا لدى (372) ذكر وأنثى من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، والتحقق من اختلاف العلاقة بين الإليكسيثيميا والذكاء الانفعالي عن العلاقة بين الإليكسيثيميا والضغوط الدراسية، وكذلك التحقق من الفروق بين كل من الذكور والإناث، وذوي التخصص العلمي والأدبي في العلاقة بين الضغوط الدراسية والذكاء الانفعالي والإليكسيثيميا، وبعد تطبيق أدوات البحث الثلاثة، كشفت النتائج عن وجود اختلاف دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) في معامل الارتباط بين الإليكسيثيميا والذكاء الانفعالي عن معامل الارتباط بين الإليكسيثيميا والضغوط الدراسية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث، وبين ذوي التخصص العلمي والأدبي في العلاقة بين المتغيرات الثلاثة، بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير موجب غير مباشر دال عند مستوى (0.01) للمكون الكامن للضغوط الدراسية على المكون الكامن للإليكسيثيميا من خلال المكون الكامن للذكاء الانفعالي. The research aims to verify the mediating role of emotional intelligence between the effect of academic stress on alexithymia among (372) male and female secondary school students. And verifying the difference between alexithymia and emotional intelligence from the relationship between alexithymia and study stress. As well as verifying the differences between males and females, and those with scientific and literary specialization in the relationship between study stress, emotional intelligence and alexithymia. After applying the three search tools. The results revealed a statistically significant difference at the (0.01) level in the correlation coefficient between alexithymia and emotional intelligence from the correlation coefficient between alexithymia and study stress. The results also indicated that there were no differences between males and females, and those with scientific and literary specialization in the relationship between the three variables. In addition to the presence of a significant indirect positive effect at the level (0.01) of the latent component of study stress on the latent component of alexithymia through the latent component of emotional intelligence.
