The aims to improve a positiveness the among a sample of university youth through. The sample of the present study consisted of Faculty of Education and Arts (200) female and male youth, their age ranged between (23-40) years were selected from youth who are need dealing and communication effectively with others, or other people in studies, Job and life. This study is determined by the sample used in this study by young people at the university level of females and males’ positiveness scale. Tools of the study: The positiveness scale (Prepared by the researcher). The results of the study: these results proved the effectiveness of the positiveness to improve among a sample of university youth. (Published abstract)
