هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة اتجاهات الشباب الجامعي نحو المواطنة بتوافقهم النفسي، وذلك من خلال بناء مقياسي الاتجاهات نحو المواطنة والتوافق النفسي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (254) فردا من كلية التربية جامعة عين شمس. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لمتغيرات البحث ووفقا لمتغيري النوع (ذكور، إناث)، والتخصص (علمي، أدبي). أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين اتجاهات الشباب نحو المواطنة وتوافقهم النفسي، كما أشارت بعض النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلبة حسب متغيري النوع والتخصص في مقياس الاتجاه نحو المواطنة والتوافق النفسي. وتبرز النتائج أن التوافق النفسي بأبعاد المختلفة - التوافق الشخصي والأكاديمي والاجتماعي والتوافق العام - هي منبئات لاتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو المواطنة. وفي إطار ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج ومناقشتها، تقدم الدراسة عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the attitudes of university youth towards citizenship and their psychological adjustments through constructing scales for attitudes towards citizenship and psychological harmony. The study sample consisted of 254 male and female students from the Faculty of Education at Ain Shams University. The researcher employed a descriptive approach, suitable for the research variables and according to gender (male, female) and specialization (scientific, literary). The results indicated a significant correlational relationship between the youth's attitudes towards citizenship and their psychological adjustment. Some results also pointed to statistically significant differences among students based on gender and specialization in the scales of attitudes towards citizenship and psychological adjustment. The findings highlighted that psychological adjustment in its various dimensions – personal, academic, social, and general – serves as a predictor for the attitudes of the study sample towards citizenship. Based on the study results and discussions, the study provides several recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
