استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى بعض سمات الشخصية الريادية، وقلق المستقبل المهني، ومهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق في سلطنة عمان. والكشف عن العلاقة بين بعض سمات الشخصية الريادية، وقلق المستقبل المهني، ومهارات اتخاذ القرار. وتعرف الفروق في بعض سمات الشخصية الريادية، وقلق المستقبل المهني، ومهارات اتخاذ القرار وفقا للنوع، والتخصص الأكاديمي، والتفاعل بينهما. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (208) طالبا وطالبة بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق في سلطنة عمان، وباستخدام مقاييس: سمات الشخصية الريادية، وقلق المستقبل المهني، ومهارات اتخاذ القرار (وجميعها من إعداد الباحث). أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى سمات الشخصية الريادية، وقلق المستقبل المهني، ومهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بالرستاق مرتفع. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الطلاب على مقياس سمات الشخصية الريادية، ودرجاتهم على مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الطلاب على مقياس سمات الشخصية الريادية، ودرجاتهم على مقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الطلاب على مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني، ودرجاتهم على مقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار. وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في سمات الشخصية الريادية، وقلق المستقبل المهني، ومهارات اتخاذ القرار تبعا للنوع، والتخصص الأكاديمي، والتفاعل بينهما. The study aimed to determine the level of some entrepreneurial personality traits, professional future anxiety, and decision-making skills among students at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Rustaq in the Sultanate of Oman. And revealing the relationship between some of the entrepreneurial personality traits, future professional anxiety, and decision-making skills. The differences in these features are known according to gender, academic specialization, and the interaction between them. Determining the significance of the regression coefficient to predict future professional anxiety, and decision-making skills through some entrepreneurial personality traits. The study sample consisted of (208) male and female students at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Rustaq in the Sultanate of Oman, using measures of: entrepreneurial personality traits, professional future anxiety and decision-making skills, (all prepared by the researcher). The results indicated that the level of entrepreneurial personality traits, professional future anxiety, and decision-making skills among students at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Rustaq is high. There is a statistically significant negative correlation between the students' scores on the entrepreneurial personality trait scale, and their scores on the professional future anxiety. There is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the students’ scores on the scale of entrepreneurial personality traits, and their scores on the decision-making skills scale, there is a statistically significant negative correlation between the students’ scores on the professional future anxiety scale, and their scores on the decision-making skills scale. There are no statistically significant differences in the entrepreneurial personality traits, professional future anxiety and decision-making skills according to gender, academic specialization, and the interaction between them.
