يهدف التعرف إلى كفاءة المواجهة وبعض المهارات المعرفية (التذكر، التقويم، الانتاجية) والتعرف أيضا على العلاقة بينهما لدى طلبة الجامعة ووفقا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور، إناث) التخصص (علمي، إنساني). تكونت عينة البحث من (300) طالب وطالبة من طلبة كليات التربية في جامعة تكريت. قامت الباحثة ببناء أدوات بحثها المتمثلة في مقياس كفاءة المواجهة وبعد عرضه على المحكمين واستخراج الخصائص السايكومترية أصبح المقياس بصورته النهائية مكونا من خمس مجالات و(40) فقرة وقد تم حساب معامل الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار فبلغ (0.81) ويعتبر ذلك معامل ثبات جيد أما مقياس المهارات المعرفية فبعد بنائه تم عرض المقياس على المحكمين وتحليله إحصائيا، تكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من ثلاثه مهارات المكونة لمجالات المقياس و(35) فقرة تم حساب معامل الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار فبلغ (0.86) ويعتبر ذلك معامل ثبات جيد، وبعد استخراج الصدق للمقياسين، قامت الباحثة بتطبيق المقياسين على عينة بحثها الأساسية ومن نتائج البحث، تمتع طلبة الجامعة وبمستوى جيد من كفاءة المواجهة، ولإن هناك مستوى عال من المهارات المعرفية، وهناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين كفاءة المواجهة والمهارات المعرفية، وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The research aims to know confrontation competence and some cognitive skills (remembering, evaluation, productivity) and also identify the relationship between them among university students and according to the variables of sex (males, females) specialization (scientific, humanitarian). The research sample consisted of (300) students from colleges Education at the University of Tikrit, and the researcher built her research tools, represented in the measure of confrontation efficiency, and after presenting it to the arbitrators and extracting the psychometric characteristics, the scale became in its final form consisting of five domains and (40) items, and the stability factor was calculated by the method of re-testing.(0.81) This is considered a good reliability coefficient. As for the cognitive skills scale, after its construction, the scale was presented to the arbitrators and statistically analyzed. The scale in its final form consisted of three skills that make up the fields of the scale and (35) items. The reliability coefficient was calculated by the method of retesting it reached (0.86). A good stability coefficient, and after extracting the validity of the two measures, the researcher applied the two measures to her basic research sample and from the results of the research. The university students enjoyed a good level of competency in confrontation, and that there is a high level of cognitive skills, and there is a positive correlation between the competence of confrontation and cognitive skills, and the research output with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
