هدفت الدراسة التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين التوافق المهني والارتياح النفسي والكشف عن الفروق بين متوسطات درجات التوافق المهني والارتياح النفسي لدى عينة من معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدينة الطائف وجدة والرياض تبعا لمتغير (الخبرة)، كما هدفت التعرف على مستوى التوافق المهني والارتياح النفسي. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، طبقت مقياسين هما مقياس التوافق المهني ومقياس الارتياح النفسي. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين التوافق المهني والارتياح النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة كلما زاد مستوى التوافق المهني ارتفع مستوى الارتياح. وأظهرت أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات التوافق المهني وفقا لمتغير الخبرة والسن. The study aimed to identify the correlation between professional adjustment and psychological satisfaction and to detect the differences between the average degrees of professional adjustment and psychological satisfaction among a sample of special education teachers in the cities of Taif Jeddah and Riyadh, according to the variable of (experience). The researcher applied the descriptive approach, applied two scales, namely, the professional adjustment scale and the psychological satisfaction scale. The results of the study resulted in a positive correlation between professional adjustment and psychological satisfaction among the study sample occupation according to the variable of experience and age.
