هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص العلاقة الارتباطية بين بعض المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية المبكرة واضطراب الشخصية التجنبية لدى عينة الدراسة الأساسية، والتعرف على فاعلية العلاج بالمخططات في تعديل بعض المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية المبكرة لذوي اضطراب الشخصية التجنبية، واستمرارية تلك الفاعلية في أثناء فترة المتابعة. بلغ عدد المشاركين بالدراسة الأساسية (481) طالبا وطالبة بواقع (132) طالبا و(349) طالبة، بمتوسط عمري (19.66) سنة وانحراف معياري (1.96)، وبلغ عدد المشاركات بالدراسة العلاجية (8) طالبات ممن يعانين من اضطراب الشخصية التجنبية، وبمتوسط عمري (19.53) سنة وانحراف معياري (0.87). تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية المبكرة (إعداد عبد الرحمن وسعفان، 2015)، ومقياس اضطراب الشخصية التجنبية (إعداد الباحث)، وبرنامج العلاج بالمخططات (إعداد الباحث). أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين بعض المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية المبكرة واضطراب الشخصية التجنبية، وبعد تطبيق البرنامج كشف التحليل الإحصائي عن انخفاض درجات المشاركات بالدراسة العلاجية على مقياس المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية المبكرة ومقياس اضطراب الشخصية التجنبية، وتؤكد هذه النتيجة فاعلية برنامج العلاج بالمخططات في تعديل بعض المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية المبكرة لذوات اضطراب الشخصية التجنبية، كما استمرت فاعلية البرنامج أثناء فترة المتابعة. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج، تم صياغة عددا من التوصيات. The study aimed to examine the correlation relationship between some early maladaptive cognitive schemas and avoidant personality disorder in the basic study sample, and to identify the effectiveness of schema therapy in modifying some early maladaptive cognitive schemas in individuals with avoidant personality disorder, as well as the continuity of this effectiveness during the follow-up period. The main study included (481) male and female students, with (132) male students and (349) female students, with an average age of (19.66) years and a standard deviation of (1.96). The therapeutic study included (8) female students diagnosed with avoidant personality disorder, with an average age of (19.53) years and a standard deviation of (0.87). The instruments of the study consisted of the early maladaptive schemas scale (prepared by Abdulrahman and Saafan, 2015), the avoidant personality disorder scale (prepared by the researcher), and the schema therapy program (prepared by the researcher). The study results revealed a statistically significant positive correlational relationship between some early maladaptive cognitive schemas and avoidant personality disorder. After implementing the program, the statistical analysis showed a decrease in the scores on the early maladaptive schemas scale and the avoidant personality disorder scale among the participants in the therapeutic study. These findings confirmed. The effectiveness of the schema therapy program in modifying some early maladaptive cognitive schemas in individuals with avoidant personality disorder as well as the effectiveness of the program continued during the follow-up period. Based on the study results, several recommendations were drawn. (Published abstract)
