يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التوافق المهني والتفرد - التشارك لدى المرشدين التربويين. وللتحقق من أهداف البحث تبنت الباحث مقياس (الغرابي، 2017) الخاص بقياس التوافق المهني، ومقياس (عسل، 2018) الخاص بقياس التفرد - التشارك. اختارت الباحثة عينة عشوائيا بلغت (200) مرشد ومرشدة من مديريات تربية الكرخ، ثم قامت باستخراج الخصائص القياسية لمقاييس البحث لمعرفة مدى ملائمتها للعينة الحالية، وبعد تحليل الإجابات على أدوات البحث أظهرت النتائج أن عينة البحث تمتلك التوافق المهني بمستوى متوسط، وتمتلك التفرد - التشارك بشكل متوازن، وإن العلاقة الارتباطية كانت بين الأفراد الذين يتصفون بالتفردية هي طردية ولكنها غير دالة، أما بالنسبة للأفراد الذين يتصفون بالتشاركية فكانت العلاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى بعض التوصيات والمقترحات. The research aims to identify the relationship between professional compatibility and uniqueness participation among educational counselors. In order to verify the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the scale (Al-Ghurabi, 2017) for measuring psychological empowerment, and the scale (Honey, 2018) for measuring the exclusivity- participation. The researcher selected a random sample of (200) male and female mentors from Al-Karkh Education Directorates, then the researcher extracted the standard characteristics of the research measures to find out their suitability to the current sample, and after analyzing the answers to the research tools, the results of the research showed that the research sample possesses professional compatibility at a medium level, and possesses uniqueness- participation in a balanced manner, and that the correlational relationship was between individuals who are characterized by individualism is direct, but not significant, as for individuals who are characterized by participatory, the relationship was positive statistically significant, and in light of the research results, the researcher reached some recommendations and proposals.
