هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الصعوبات التي تواجه مديري المدارس لتوفير بيئة صحية وآمنة للطلبة في تربية لواء الرصيفة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وجرى اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية النسبية من مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في لواء الرصيفة التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. بلغ عدد العينة (72) مديرا ومديرة. تمثلت أداة الدراسة من استبانة مكونة من (45) فقرة موزعة على مجالين المجال الأول (صعوبات البيئة المادية في المدرسة) بواقع (25) فقرة، والمجال الثاني صعوبات البيئة المعنوية في المدرسة (المناخ المدرسي) بواقع (20) فقرة وقد تم التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها بعرضها على محكمين من ذوي الاختصاص. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: 1) أن الصعوبات التي تواجه مديري المدارس لتوفير بيئة صحية وآمنة للطلبة في تربية لواء الرصيفة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=a) في استجابات مديري المدارس في الرصيفة تعزي للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة). This study aimed at finding the difficulties that face schools' principals who working on finding a safe and healthy environment at Al Rusaifa Directorate of Education. This study used the descriptive-survey approach. The sample of study was chosen randomly from the public schools principals (Male and female) at Al Rusaifa Directorate of the Jordanian Ministry of Education, the sample was (72) principals. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (45) items distributed over two domains: the first domain (the difficulties of the physical environment in the school) by (25) items, and the second domain the difficulties of the moral environment in the school (school climate) by (20) items. Validity and stability of the tool Presented to expert arbitrators. The results of study show that the difficulties which face the principals to make a safe and healthy environment was medium and showed that no significant statistical differences of (a=0>05%) in principals responses in Al Rusaifa Directorate of Education attributed to demographic variables (Sex, academic qualifications, experience).
