يهدف البحث التعرف على أثر استراتيجية مثلث الاستماع في اكتساب المفاهيم الجغرافية لدى طلاب الصف الرابع الأدبي والاحتفاظ بها ولتحقيق هدف البحث وضع الباحث فرضية صفرية، أخضعت للتجريب وقد اقتصر البحث على طلاب الصف الرابع الأدبي مدينة الموصل مركز محافظة نينوي، للعام الدراسي (2019-2020). استخدم الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا المجموعتين المتكافئتين ذوات الاختبار البعدي وتكونت عينة البحث من (65) طالبا اختارهم الباحث قصديا من مجتمع البحث موزعين على مجموعتين بواقع (33) طالبا في المجموعة التجريبية و(32)‏ طالبا في المجموعة الضابطة. كافأ الباحث بين هاتين المجموعتين في عدد من المتغيرات: العمر الزمني بالأشهر، ودرجة اختبار المعلومات السابقة، والمعدل العام للصف الثالث المتوسط، واختبار الذكاء، والتحصيل الدراسي للوالدين، وقد تطلب تحقيق هدف البحث وجود أداة اختبار لاكتساب المفاهيم في مادة الجغرافية للصف الرابع الأدبي أعدها الباحث بنفسه وتم التحقق من صدقه وثباته، وعند معالجة البيانات إحصائيا أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات الطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية والطلاب في المجموعة الضابطة ولمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية وفي ضوء النتائج والاستنتاجات قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات منها: العمل على تشجيع المؤسسات التربوية والمراكز البحثية على تبني استراتيجيات التعلم النشط ومنها استراتيجية مثلث الاستماع لدورها المهم في إكساب المادة العلمية وتنمية الجوانب العقلية للطلاب وإجراء دراسة لمعرفة أثر استراتيجية ترشيح الأفكار في اكتساب المفاهيم الجغرافية لدى طلبة الصف الخامس الأدبي. The research aims to identify the effect of the listening triangle strategy in acquiring and retaining geographical concepts for fourth grade literary students for the academic year (2019-2020). The researcher used the experimental design with two equal groups with a post-test and the research sample consisted of (65) students who were deliberately chosen by the researcher from the research community, divided into two groups, with (33) students in the experimental group and (32) students in the control group, and the researcher rewarded between these two groups In a number of variables: The chronological age in months, the degree of the previous information test, the general average for the third intermediate grade, the intelligence test, and the parents’ academic achievement. Achieving the goal of the research required the presence of a test tool for acquiring concepts in the geography subject for the fourth literary grade prepared by the researcher himself and its validity and stability were verified, and when processing data. Statistically, the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the students in the experimental group and the students in the control group and in favor of the experimental group. In light of the results and conclusions, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions, including: Work to encourage educational institutions and research centers to adopt active learning strategies, including the listening triangle strategy for its important role in imparting scientific material and developing the mental aspects of students, and conducting a study to find out the effect of the idea filtering strategy in acquiring geographical concepts for students of the fifth literary grade.
