هدف البحث إلى إعداد تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تدريس القراءة في ضوء دراسة بيرلز (PIRLS) لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أعد الباحث قائمة بمهارات تدريس القراءة في ضوء دراسة بيرلز، وفي ضوئها أعد استبانة لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للعينة، التي بلغ عددها (142) معلما للغة العربية في الصف الرابع الابتدائي، تابعين لإدارة التعليم في محافظة صبيا؛ حيث تم اختيار العينة بطريقتين، الأولى: قصدية وهم معلمو اللغة العربية للصف الرابع الابتدائي الذين شارك طلابهم في اختبار بيرلز 2011م، والثانية: عشوائية وهم معلمو اللغة العربية للصف الرابع في المرحلة الابتدائية، وطبق الباحث الاستبانة التي هدفت الخلوص إلى الاحتياجات التدريبية للعينة في مهارات تدريس القراءة في ضوء دراسة بيرلز، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في إعداد البرنامج التدريبي وأدوات البحث، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن: تحديد قائمة مهارات تدريس القراءة في ضوء دراسة بيرلز، وإعداد التصور المقترح للبرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات تدريس القراءة في ضوء دراسة بيرلز، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The objective of this research is to prepare a suggested training program for the development of teaching reading skills in the light of the PIRLS with the Arabic language teachers at the elementary level, and to achieve this goal, a researcher List the skills of teaching reading in the light of the PIRLS, and in the light of which prepared a questionnaire to determine the sample training needs, of which there were 142 teachers of the Arabic language in the fourth grade, belonging to the Department of Education in the sabia province; where the sample was selected in two ways: the first is a deliberate gurus Arabic language for grade IV primary school who their students participated in the PERLS test 2011, and the second: random they are teachers of the Arabic language for fourth grade in elementary school, and applied researcher resolution which aimed to conclude the sample in teaching reading skills training needs in the light of the PIRLS, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the preparation of the training program and research tools, has resulted in the search results for: determining the list of teaching skills reading in the light of the PIRLS, and the preparation of the perception of the proposed training program for the development of teaching reading skills in the light of the PIRLS, and in the light of these results the researcher presented a series of recommendations and proposals.
