سعى البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الإبداع الإرشادي وعلاقتة بالكفاءة المهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين، والتعرف على الفروق في الإبداع الإرشادي وعلاقته بالكفاءة المهنية تبعا لمتغير (التحصيل الدراسي، وسنوات الخدمة، والجنس ذكور- إناث). تكونت عينة البحث من (180) مرشدا ومرشدة موزعين على المدارس المشمولين بالإرشاد التربوي على ملاك المديرية العامة لتربية كركوك. قام الباحث بإعداد المقياس الإبداع الإرشادي المكون من (56) فقرة واعتمد على مقياس الإبداع الإرشادي المعد من قبل أرنوط (2019) تألف من (57) فقرة، ومقياس الكفاءة المهنية المعد من قبل أبي عقيل (2019) المؤلف من (41) فقرة، والمغاري (2018) من (45) فقرة، والجنديل (2017) من (36) فقرة. تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري والبنائي لأداتي البحث بعرضه على الخبراء، كما تم حساب القوة التمييزية له وتم حساب الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار. عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) فضلا عن استخدام عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية الأخرى، وتوصل الباحثان إلى النتائج التالية: 1) يتمتع المرشدون بمستوى جيد من الإبداع الإرشادي وبمستوى عال من الكفاءة المهنية، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في الإبداع الإرشادي ولصالح الذكور، وفي الكفاءة المهنية ولصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين سنوات الخدمة والتحصيل الدراسي. The research sought to identify the level of heuristic creativity and its relationship and professional competence among educational counselors in the general directorate of education in Kirkuk Governorate, and to identify the differences in heuristic creativity and its relationship and professional competence according to the variable (academic achievement, years of service, and gender, males - females). The research sample consisted of (180) mentors and counselors distributed to the schools covered by educational guidance on the staff of the general directorate of education in Kirkuk, and the researcher prepared the heuristic creativity scale consisting of (56) items and relied on the indicative creativity scale prepared by Arnaut (2019) consisting of (57) items, and the efficiency scale of the professional prepared by Abu Aqil 2019 (41) paragraphs, Al-Maghari 2018 (45) paragraphs, and Al-Jandil 2017 (36) paragraphs. The apparent and structural validity of the research tool was verified by presentation to the experts, and the discriminatory power was calculated for it and the stability was calculated by re-testing the data. The data were statistically treated using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) in addition to using a number of other statistical methods. There are statistically significant differences between males and females in extension creativity and in favor of males, and in professional competence in favor of females.
