هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على إدارة الوقت لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الابتدائية، وهدفت إلى معرفه العلاقة بين النمط الإداري المدرك وإدارة الوقت، تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) والخدمة الإدارية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) مدير ومديرة للمدارس الابتدائية في محافظة صلاح الدين. قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس إدارة تكون من (32) فقرة، وضع أمام كل فقرة خمس بدائل. أظهرت النتائج أن مديري ومديرات المدارس يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط من إداره الوقت، وجاءت النتائج لصالح الذكور. ومن خلال النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The study examined the link between the administrative style and the principals of time management in relation to sex and administrative service which are two of the primary schools' variables. The researcher constructed a management measure to consist of (32) which has been put in front of each paragraph five possibilities, and the findings indicated that school principals have an average degree of time management. The results also revealed that males are more likely to be school administrators than females, and through the results it offered a researcher s perspective. (Published abstract)
