يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى التميز التنظيمي لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في التميز التنظيمي لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور - إناث) وعدد سنوات الخدمة (أقل من 1-5 سنة، 6 فما فوق). تكون مجتمع البحث من مدراء المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة صلاح الدين لأقضية (تكريت - بيجي - الشرقاط) للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) والبالغ عددهم (429) مديرا ومديرة، أما عينة البحث الكلية فبلغت (350) مديرا ومديرة، وتم التحقق من صدق المقياسين باعتماد (الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء) وتم حساب القوة التمييزية لفقرات المقياسين. أما الثبات فتم حسابه بطريقة إعادة الاختبار، وألفا كرونباخ لكلا المقياسين، وعولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS). أظهرت النتائج التالي: 1) أن مدراء المدارس الابتدائية يتمتعون بمستوى عالي من التميز التنظيمي. 2) أن عينة البحث من الإناث لديها مستوى عالي من التميز التنظيمي أكثر من الذكور. 3) أما بالنسبة لمتغير سنوات الخدمة فقد أوضحت النتائج أن المدراء من عينة البحث الذين لديهم خدمة أقل من 5 سنوات لديهم درجة أعلى في التميز التنظيمي من المدراء ذوي الخدمة أكثر من 6 سنوات. The research aims to identify the level of organizational excellence among primary school principals and to know the statistically significant differences in the organizational excellence of the variables of sex (male-female) and the number of years of service (less than 1-5 years) (6 and above). The research community consisted of principals of primary schools in Salah al-Din Governorate, districts (Tikrit - Baiji - Sharqat) for the academic year (2021-2022), and their number was (429) principals, while the total research sample amounted to (350) principals, and the validity of the study was verified. The two scales were based on consistency and validity and the discriminatory power of the two scale items was calculated. As for the stability, it was calculated using the re-test method, and Cronbach’s alpha for both scales, and the data were treated statistically using the statistical package (SPSS). As for the years of service variable, the results showed that the managers of the research sample who have service less than (5) years have a higher degree of organizational excellence than managers with service more than (6) years.
