يهدف البحث إلى التعرف (قياس السلوك التربوي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية): 1) مستوى لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية. 2) الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية للسلوك التربوي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث). 3) الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية للسلوك التربوي وفقا لمتغير التخصص (علمي - إنساني). تألفت عينة البحث البالغة (300) مدرس ومدرسة من مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية محافظة كركوك للعام الدراسي (2022-2021). تم إعداد مقياس السلوك التربوي وقد تضمن (20) فقرة موزعة على مجالات الثلاثة هي (تعامل المدرس مع الطلبة داخل الصف)، (تعامل المدرس مع الطلبة خارج الصف)، (تعامل المدرس مع الزملاء والعاملين). اعتمد الباحثة في التحقق من صلاحية المقياس على الصدق الظاهري، في حين استخرج معامل الثبات باستعمال طريقة إعادة الاختبار حيث بلغت قيمة (0.79). الوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة في البحث (معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين). الوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة في البحث (معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين). توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) أن السلوك التربوي ذات الدلالة الإحصائية مرتفعة لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك التربوي تبعا لمتغير الجنس (الذكور - الإناث). 3) لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك التربوي تبعا لمتغير التخصص (علمي - إنساني). وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، خرجت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها: 1) أن تقوم الجامعات بنشر مفهومي السلوك التربوي عن طريق الندوات والبحوث والمؤتمرات. 2) اقتراح إجراء دراسات تتناول السلوك التربوي وعلاقتهما بعض المتغيرات. The research aims to identify educational behaviour of secondary school teachers. It aims at identifying the following: 1) The level educational behaviour of secondary school teachers. 2) The statistically significant differences in the educational behaviour of secondary school teachers according to the gender variable (male –female). 3) The statistically significant differences in the educational behaviour of secondary school teachers according to the variable of specialization (scientific-humanitarian). A sample of the study was made. It was consisted of (300) male and female secondary school teachers in the Directorate of Education in Kirkuk Governorate for the academic year (2022-2021). In verifying the validity of the scale, the researcher relied on the apparent validity, while the reliability coefficient was extracted using the re-test method, which reached a value of (0.79). Statistical means used in the research (Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test for one sample, t-test for two independent samples). The results showed the following: 1) The educational behaviour is statistically significant among secondary school teachers. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in educational behavior according to the gender variable (males - females). 3) There are no statistically significant differences in educational behavior according to the specialization variable (scientific- humanitarian). The researcher has interpreted these results based on the theoretical framework and the results of previous studies. In the light of the results that were reached in The research, the researcher came up with a number of recommendations and proposals, including that universities should disseminate the concepts of educational behaviour through seminars, research and conferences and suggest conducting studies dealing with educational behaviour and their relationship to some variables.
