يهدف البحث إلى تنمية مهارات التحدث باللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، وذلك من خلال إعداد برنامج قائم على التعلم المدمج. ولتحقيق هدف البحث قام الباحث بالإجراءات التالية: 1) دراسة نظرية لما جاء بالبحوث والدراسات والأدبيات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث الحالي. 2) إعداد قائمة بمهارات التحدث المناسبة لدراسي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها. 3) إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التحدث لدى دراسي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها. 4) إعداد البرنامج القائم على التعلم المدمج في تنمية مهارات التحدث لدى دراسي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها. 5) إعداد دليل للمعلم لتدريس البرنامج القائم على التعلم المدمج للناطقين بغير اللغة العربية. 6) اختيار عينة البحث من مجموعة تجريبية واحدة بلغ عددها اثنين وثلاثين دارسا من القومية الكردية. 7) تطبيق البرنامج القائم على التعلم المدمج على طلاب المجموعة التجريبية. 8) إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لدرجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التحدث لصالح التطبيق البعدي. تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: فعالية البرنامج المقترح القائم على التعلم المدمج في تنمية مهارات التحدث باللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها. في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، قدم البحث في النهاية عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات. This research aims to develop Arabic speaking skills for non- native speakers, through a program based on blended learning. To achieve the research goals, the researcher performed the following actions: 1) A theoretical study of previous literature studies and researches related to the subject of the recent research. 2) Designing a list of appropriate speaking skills for students of Arabic speaking to non- native speakers. 3) Designing a card to note speaking skills for non- native speakers of Arabic. 4) Designing a program based on blended learning to develop speaking skills for non- native speakers of Arabic. 5) Preparing a guide for the teacher to teach the program. 6) Selection of the research sample from one experimental group of thirty-two students of Kurdish nationalism. 7) The application of the program based on blended learning to the students of the experimental group. 8) Conducting the statistical treatment of the scores of the two applications, pre and post, of the speaking skills observation card in favor of the post application, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of the proposed program based on blended learning in developing speaking skills in Arabic for non-native speakers. The research finally presented a number of proposals and recommendations in the light of the findings. (Published abstract)
