يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر استعمال ثلاث استراتيجيات للتعليم الإلكتروني في تحصيل طلبة قسم العلوم التربوية والنفسية في مادة التعليم المستمر. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اتّبع الباحث إجراءات المنهج التجريبي، واستعمل تصميم المجموعات الضابطة ذات الاختبار البعدي وهو أحد تصاميم الضبط الجزئي. اختار الباحث بنحو عشوائي عينة بحثه المكونة من (94) من طلبة قسم العلوم التربوية والنفسية في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية، بواقع (32) للمجموعة التجريبية الأولى و(32) للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية، و(30) للمجموعة التجريبية الثالثة. أعد الباحث اختبار التحصيل من (24) فقرة، وعند تطبيق أداتي البحث، وبعد معالجة النتائج إحصائيا، ظهرت النتائج الآتية: وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعات التجريبية الثلاثة في التحصيل في مادة التعليم المستمر ولصالح المجموعات التجريبية على المجموعة الضابطة. وتوصل الباحثان إلى مجموعة استنتاجات منها التنوع في استعمال الاستراتيجيات يؤدي إلى سهولة تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية وإلى تجاوز التدريس التلقيني الذي يسود في مؤسساتنا التربوية. وأن للنماذج الاستراتيجيات الإلكترونية أثر في زيادة التحصيل عند الطلبة بجعلهم نشطاء ويستنتج منها أهمية مشاركة المتعلم في الدرس بفاعلية عالية وإيجابية وهذا لزيادة حصيلتهم المعرفية وتوظيفها. The research aims to identify the effect of using three e-learning strategies on the achievement of students of the department of educational and psychological sciences in the subject of continuing education. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher followed the procedures of the experimental approach, and used the design of the control groups with the post-test, which is one of the partial control designs. The researcher randomly selected his research sample consisting of (94) students from the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Human Sciences, with (32) for the first experimental group, (32) for the second experimental group, and (30) for the third experimental group. The researcher prepared the achievement test From (24) paragraphs, and when applying the two search tools, and after processing the results statistically, the following results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the three experimental groups in achievement in the subject of continuing education and in favor of the experimental groups over the control group. The researchers reached a set of conclusions, including the diversity in the use of strategies leads to the ease of achieving educational goals and to override the rote teaching that prevails in our educational institutions. And that the models of electronic strategies have an impact on increasing the achievement of students by making them active, and it deduces from them the importance of the learner's participation in the lesson in a highly effective and positive way, and this is to increase their knowledge and employ it.
