هدف البحث التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تربوي في خفض السلوك العدواني وزيادة مستوى الدافعية للتعلم عند عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية. تكون مجتمع البحث من (120) طالبة من طالبات الصف الخامس علمي. ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس السلوك العدواني ومقياس تدني الدافعية تم اختيار عينة البحث (20) طالبة ممن حصلن على أعلى الدرجات على مقياس السلوك العدواني ومقياس تدني الدافعية واستخدم في البحث مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة لإجراءات البحث منها الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والاختبار التائي (T -test). توصل البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس السلوك العدواني ومقياس دافعية التعلم ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية وهذا يدل على فاعلية البرنامج وينسجم مع نتائج بعض الدراسات ذات العلاقة. وفي ضوء ذلك، قدمت بعض الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات. The aim of This research is to identify the effectiveness of an educational program in reducing aggressive behavior and increasing the level of motivation to learn in a sample of secondary school female students. The research community consisted of (120) female students from the fifth grade. Through the application of the aggressive behavior scale and the low motivation scale, the research sample was selected (20) female students who had the highest scores on the aggressive behavior and low motivation scale, and a number of statistical methods were used in the research appropriate to the research procedures, including the arithmetic means, standard deviation, and the (t-test), The research found that there are statistically significant differences between the scores of the experimental and control groups on the aggressive behavior scale and the learning motivation scale in favor of the experimental group. This indicates the effectiveness of the program and it is consistent with the results of some related studies. The study ends with the conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
