يهدف البحث التعرف على (فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على توجهات (STEM ) في تنمية التصورات المستقبلية عند مدرسي الرياضيات ومدرساتها. اتبع الباحثان تصميما تجريبيا من نوع المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بمدرسي الرياضيات الذين يقومون بتدريس المادة في المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية والإعدادية للعام الدراسي 2021-2022م، والبالغ عددهم (656) مدرسا ومدرسة في المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة صلاح الدين، أما عينة البحث فقد تم استعمال الطريقة القصدية في اختيارها تمثلت بـ (25) مدرسا ومدرسة من مدارس قسم تربية العلم. استعمل الباحثان برنامج التدريبي في ضوء توجهات (STEM)، ولقياس المتغير التابع استعمل (التصورات المستقبلية)، وتكونت من (40) فقرة، وتأكدا من صدقه وثباته، كما استعملت الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة، وتوصل الباحثان إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في التصورات المستقبلية ولصالح التطبيق البعدي. The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of a training program that incorporates STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) orientations in enhancing the Future Perceptions of mathematics instructors and their students. In the academic year 2021-2022 AD, there are a total of 656 instructors and schools in the General Directorate of Education in Salah al-Din Governorate, including middle school education. The study sample was selected using the deliberate approach, consisting of (25) instructors and schools affiliated with the Department of Science Education. In this discourse, the researcher presents a revised version of the user's text. The researcher employed a training program aligned with the current trends in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. The dependent variable was assessed using a questionnaire comprising (40) items. To ensure the questionnaire's validity and reliability, appropriate statistical techniques were employed. The researcher concluded that there were statistically significant differences at a significance level of 0.05. In comparing the before and post application of the Future Perceptions, the evidence supports a favorable stance towards the post application. (Published abstract)
