يهِدف البحث التعرف على الأداء الوظيفي لدى عينة من الكوادر الثانوية، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق الإحصائية تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. تحدد البحث بكوادر المدارس الثانوية في المدارس التابعة لقسم تربية تكريت إحدى أقسام التربية التابعة للمديرية العامة للتربية في صلاح الدين. إذ تكونت عينة البحث من (140) مدرس ومدرسة بفرعيهِا العلمي والأدبي وللعام الدراسي (2021-2022). اختيرت عينة البحث من المجتمع الأصلي المتمثل بالكوادر الثانوية المدارس الحكومية التابعة لقسم تربية تكريت والبالغة (30) مدرسة والبالغ عددهِم (722) مدرسا ومدرسة. قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الأداء الوظيفي بعد اطلاعها على الأدبيات الدراسات السابقة. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) لدى المدرسين والمدرسات مستوى عال من الأداء الوظيفي. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا للأداء الوظيفي تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث). 3) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا للأداء الوظيفي تبعا للتخصص الدراسي (علمي - أدبي). This research aims to identify the functional performance of a sample of secondary staff, as well as to identify the statistical depending on the differences of the variables of sex and specialization. The community of the study was selected from the staff of secondary schools in the Department of Education of Tikrit, one of the education departments of the General Directorate of Education in Salah al-Din. The sample consisted of (140) teachers of scientific and literary branches for the academic year (20,212,022). The sample amounted to (30) Schools and (722) teachers. The researcher built a measure of performance Career after taking note of previous literature studies. The researcher found the following results: 1) Teachers have a high level of functionality. 2) There are no statistically significant differences depending on the functional performance of the variable sex (male female). 3) There are no statistically significant differences in job performance according to academic specialization (scientific literary).
