يهدف البحث قياس: 1) التعاون لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2) الفروق في التعاون لدى المرشدين التربويين على وفق متغير الجنس (إناث - ذكور). من أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث، تمكن الباحث من بناء مقياس التعاون معتمدا على النظرية التي تبناها حيث تكون المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (32) فقرة، وبلغ معدل الثبات بطريقة ألفا - لكرونباخ (0.74) وبلغ ثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار (0.71). وتتحدد البحث بالمرشدين التربويين لمديريات التربية في محافظة بغداد للعام الدراسي (2021-2022)، وتألف مجتمع البحث من (1469) مرشدا ومرشدة، وبلغ أفراد عينة البحث (400) مرشدا ومرشدة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي في البحث، واستخدام الباحث برنامج Spss لقياس مفهوم بحثه. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن المرشدين التربويون يمتلكون القدرة على التعاون ويتفوق الإناث على الذكور في التعاون، وخرج البحث ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات. The research aims to identify: 1) Cooperation with educational counselors. 2) Differences in cooperation with educational counselors according to the gender variable (females - males). In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher was able to build a cooperation scale based on the adopted theory, where the scale in its final form consisted of (32) items, and the stability rate of the alpha method was - for Cronbach (0.74), and the stability method was retested (0.71). The research is determined by the educational counselors of the directorates of education in the province of Baghdad for the academic year 2021-2022, and the research community consisted of (1469) counselors and counselors, and the members of the research sample amounted to 400 counselors and counselors. The results of the research that the educational counselors have the ability to cooperate, and females are superior to males in cooperation, and the research came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
