يهدف البحث إلى دراسة خصائص الإدارة المدرسية الناجحة لمديري المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة كركوك. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (40) مديرا ومديرة منهم (20) مديرا و(20) مديرة للمدارس الابتدائية في محافظة كركوك للعام الدراسي 2021-2022، وتم الاعتماد على أداة المؤلفة من (27) فقرة، تم عرض الأداة على لجنة من الخبراء لإيجاد صدقها، وأعدت استبانة من أجل معالجة البيانات مكونة من (24) فقرة، وتم استخراج الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار وذلك باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون، وكما تم استخدام الوسط المرجح للنتائج النهائية. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات، منها: 1) تدريب المدراء والمديرات عن طريق الدورات التدريبية لغرض تطوير مهاراتهم الإدارية. 2) جعل الإدارة تتبع اللامركزية قدر الإمكان. من أبرز المقترحات: 1) إجراء دراسة مقارنة لسمات الإدارة الناجحة على وفق متغير الجنس لمدراء / مديرات. 2) إجراء دراسة مقارنة لسمات الإدارة الناجحة على وفق مدارس المركز والأطراف. The study aims at studying a successful administration specifics for primary schools’ headmasters in Kirkuk governorate, the population of the study consists of (40) headmasters and male and female including (20) headmaster male and (20) headmaster female in Kirkuk governorate in 2021-2022. Then it was depended on instrument which consists of (27) points. Instrument was showed on group of experts to investigate from its truth and questionnaire was prepared to treat the data and investigated by Person criteria in the light of these results, the study investigated the following: 1) Train the headmasters males and females by training workshops to develop their administrative skills. 2) Make the administration follows decentralization as much as possible. The most important suggestions are: 1) Make comparative study for successful administration specifications according to gender (male and female). 2) Make comparative study for successful administration specifications according to city center and rural areas.
