التعرف على الدافعية الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين من المديريات العامة لتربية بغداد ولتحقيق من هدف البحث تم بناء مقياس الدافعية الاجتماعية استنادا لنظرية دولارد ونيل ميلر من (20) فقرة، وتم تطبيقه على عينة البحث البالغ عددها (200) مرشد بواقع (80) مرشدا و(120) مرشدة وتم استخراج نوعين من الصدق: 1) الصدق الظاهري. 2) صدق البناء. بلغ معامل الثبات (0.83) و(0.85) بطريقة ألفاكرونباخ، ومن النتائج أن عينة البحث تتمتع بمستوى عال من الدافعية الاجتماعية. To identify the social motivation of educational counselors from the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad, and to achieve the aim of the research, the social motivation scale was built based on the theory of Dollard and Neil Miller of (20) paragraphs, and it was applied to the research sample of (200) by (80) counselors and (120) A guide and two types of honesty were extracted, 1) apparent honesty and 2) constructive honesty. The reliability coefficient reached (0.83) and (0.85) by the Facronbach method, and one of the results is that the research sample has a high level of social motivation. (Published abstract)
