يسعى البحث الى تعرف طبيعة العلاقة بين إدراك الدور المهني للمرشد الطلابي ورضاه الوظيفي. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتم تطبيق مقياس ادراك الدور المهني، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي للمرشدة الطلابية على عينة البحث (200) مرشدة طلابية في (121) مدرسة بالمرحلة الثانوية في منطقة جدة التعليمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ومن توصيات البحث مايلي: 1) قياس مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لمرشدات الطالبات من وقت لآخر، للارتقاء بالعملية الإرشادية. 2) تنظيم ندوات واجتماعات دورية للمرشدات، حول دورهن الإرشادي وأهميته. 3) عمل نشرات موثقة من إدارة التوجيه والإرشاد حول دور المرشدة الطلابية في المدرسة. 4) تبني سياسة التكريم للمرشدات المتميزات في احتفالات. The job satisfaction of the student advisor is one of the main components in his field of work, which contributes to increase his sense of happiness and satisfaction in his work, increase his membership of the work, and then improve the educational process. The current research seeks to identify the nature of the relationship between the recognition of the professional role of the student advisor and his satisfaction. The research used the descriptive approach. The professional role scale and the job satisfaction measure of the student guide were applied to the sample of (200) student advisors in (121) secondary schools in the Jeddah educational area in Saudi Arabia. Research recommendations include: 1) Measuring the level of job satisfaction of female instructors from time to time, to improve the educational process, 2) Organizing seminars and regular meetings of female guides on their role and importance, 3) Making documented leaflets from the Guidance and Guidance Department on the role of the student guide in the school and 4) Adopting a policy of honoring the distinguished guides in the celebrations.
