هدف هذا البحث إلى مستوى الطموح وعلاقته بالرضا عن التخصص لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة نزوى - سلطنة عمان، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأجري البحث على عينة عشوائية من طالبات جامعة نزوى والبالغ عددهن (201) طالبة، وتوصل البحث إلى أن وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.01≥ α) بين أبعاد مقياس مستوى الطموح والرضا عن التخصص لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة نزوى، أي بمعنى كلما كان هناك رضا عن التخصص لدى الطالبات كلما زاد من مستوى الضغوط المهنية الطموح لديهن. كما أظهر البحث عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05≥α)) بين طالبات السنة الأولى والثالثة والخامسة في جميع أبعاد مستوى الطموح، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05≥α)) بين طالبات السنة الأولى والثالثة والخامسة في جميع أبعاد الرضا عن التخصص. The objective of the current study is to determine the level of ambition and its relation to satisfaction with the specialization in a sample of female students of Nizwa University in Oman. The study used the descriptive approach. The study was conducted on a random sample of 201 female students from Nizwa University. The research found that there is a statistically significant correlation relationship at the level of 0.01 between the dimensions of the level of ambition and satisfaction with specialization among a sample of female students of Nizwa University. This means that whenever there is satisfaction with specialization, the higher the professional pressure level of their ambition is. The study also showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of 0.05 among the first, second and third year students in all the dimensions of the level of ambition, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance of 0.05 among the first, second and third year students in all dimensions of satisfaction with specialization.
