هدف البحث إلى التعرف على علاقة جودة الحياة بالفعالية الذاتية لدى معلمي مدارس الدمج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطبيق أدوات البحث الحالي على 110 معلما من المعلمين العاملون بمدارس الدمج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية حيث طبق عليهم مقياس جودة الحياة لدى معلمي مدارس الدمج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية؛ ومقياس الفعالية الذاتية لدى معلمي مدارس الدمج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية (إعداد الباحث)، وتوصل البحث للعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن الفعالية الذاتية وجودة الحياة لدى معلمي مدارس الدمج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية بمنطقة القصيم مستوى مرتفع، لا يوجد فروق دالة في جودة الحياة الأكاديمية أو جودة الحياة النفسية ترجع لاختلاف التخصص، وجود علاقات ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى ثقة 0.01 بين جودة الحياة والفاعلية الذاتية لدى معلمي مدارس الدمج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية بمنطقة القصيم. The aim of the research identifies the relationship of quality of life and self-efficacy among teachers of integration schools and institutes of intellectual education. To achieve this goal, the instruments of the current research have been applied to 110 teachers working in integration schools and institutes of intellectual. The quality of Life Scale for teachers of integration schools and institutes of intellectual education, and a questionnaire for self-efficacy among teachers of integration schools and institutes of intellectual education (prepared by the researcher) were applied to them. The research revealed several important results such as the following: The level of self-efficacy of teachers of integration schools and intellectual education institutes in Al-Qassim region was high. The quality of life for teachers of integration schools and intellectual education institutes in Al- Qassim region had a high level. There were no significant differences in the quality of academic life or the quality of psychological life due to the difference in specialization. There were statistically significant positive correlations at 0.01 level between quality of life and self-efficacy among teachers of integration schools and institutes of intellectual education in Al- Qassim region.
