هدفت الدراسة إلى توظيف التعلم الشبكي في التعرف على المشكلات التي يواجهها طلبة جامعتي السلطان قابوس والكويت خلال تعلمهم الشبكي، والتعرف على ترتيب هذه المشكلات وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات (نوع الطالب، والتخصص)، ومقارنة هذه المشكلات بين جامعتي السلطان قابوس وجامعة الكويت. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. بلغت العينة (511) طالبا، حيث بلغ عدد طلاب جامعة السلطان قابوس 422 (181 طالبا، 241 طالبة)، وبلغ عدد طلاب جامعة الكويت 89 (42 طالبا، 47 طالبة) وبلغ متوسط عمر العينة 20.67 عاما، والانحراف المعياري 3,39. قام الباحثان ببناء وتطوير استبيان يتكون من 60 عبارة في خمس محاور (مشكلات تتعلق بالمحاضرين، مشكلات تتعلق بالنقليات، مشكلات تتعلق بنظام الدراسة، مشكلات تتعلق بخدمات تقدم داخل الجامعة، مشكلات تتعلق بذات الطالب)، انتهت النتائج إلى أن مستويات المشكلات التي يعانيها طلبة الجامعة مرتفعة، وجاء أعلى المستويات للمشكلات التي تتعلق بالخدمات التي تقدم داخل الجامعة وأقلها للمشكلات التي تتعلق بالمحاضرين، وعدم وجود فروق بين الطلاب والطالبات في الدرجة الكلية لاستبيان المشكلات التي يواجهها الطالب الجامعي وجميع الأبعاد ما عدا بعد المشكلات التي تتعلق بخدمات تقدم داخل الجامعة حيث جاءت دالة لصالح الطالبات، وعدم وجود فروق بين طلبة الكليات العملية وطلبة الكليات النظرية، ووجود فروق بين طلبة جامعة السلطان قابوس وطلبة جامعة الكويت في الدرجة الكلية للاستبيان وجميع الأبعاد لصالح طلبة جامعة السلطان قابوس ماعدا بعدي مشكلات تتعلق بالمحاضرين والمشكلات التي تتعلق بذات الطالب لاتوجد فروق فيهما بين الجامعتين. The research aims to employment of network learning in identify the problems faced by the Sultan Qaboos and Kuwait student’s universities through their networking learning, identify the order of these problems and their relationship to some variables (type of student, specialization), and compare these problems between of Sultan Qaboos and Kuwait ‘universities, the study used the descriptive method. The sample was 511 students, Sultan Qaboos University was 422 (181 males, 241females). Kuwait University was 89 (42 males, 47 females). The average age of the sample was 20.67 years and the standard deviation was 3.39. The researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of 60 items in five dimensions (lecturers’ problems, transportation problems, study system problems, services university problems, self-student problems). The results showed that the levels of problems experienced by university students are high, and the highest levels of services university problems and the least lecturers problems, There are no differences between male and female students in the questionnaire total score and all dimensions except of the services university problems in favor of female students, there are no differences between practical colleges students and theoretical colleges students, and There are differences between Sultan Qaboos University and Kuwait University students in the questionnaire total score and all dimensions in favor of Sultan Qaboos University students except lecturers problems and self-student problems there are no differences between the two universities.
