تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في سؤال رئيس وهو: ما دور المدرسة في تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الاساسي؟ وتتفرع منه الاسئلة التالية: 1) ما المقصود العمل التطوعي؟ 2) ما أهمية العمل التطوعي؟ 3) ما دور المدرسة في تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الاساسي؟ أهمية الدراسة: توضيح مفهوم العمل التطوعي وأهميته وذلك لتعريف أفراد المجتمع المدرسي وتلاميذ المرحلة الاعدادية للاستفادة ونشر هذه الثقافة بينهم. حدود الدراسة: 1. الحد الموضوعي: تتناول الدراسة دور المدرسة في تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الاساسي. 2. الحد المكاني: تقتصر الدراسة على المدارس الاعدادية بمحافظة السويس. منهج الدراسة: اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي. نتائج الدراسة: 1- يحث القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة على القيام بالعمل التطوعي. 2- التربية بكل مؤسساتها كالأسرة والمدرسة ومؤسسات الاعلام تعمل على إعداد الفرد في جميع مراحل حياته وتنمي لديه الاحساس بالمسئولية تجاه المجتمع وتؤثر في تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي. 3- هناك بعض المعوقات التي تحد من ممارسة بعض التلاميذ للعمل التطوعي مثل: عدم توفر الوقت المناسب، التوعية غير الكافية وغير المناسبة لهذه الفئة العمرية بأهمية العمل التطوعي. Thus the main question of the study is: 1) What is the school’s role in developing of volunteer work culture amongst students of second stage of basic education? 2) What is the definition of voluntary work? 3) What is the importance of voluntary work? 4) What is the school’s role in developing the voluntary work culture for the students of the second stage of basic education? Significance of the study: Explaining the concept of volunteerism and its fields to the school's members، what is the basic and also benefit from it. The limits of the study: The topical limit: the school’s role in developing the volunteer work culture for the students of the second stage of basic education Place limit: The study is only in preparatory schools in Suez. Methodology of the study: The current study depends on descriptive method. Results: 1. The holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohamed both encourage people to volunteer. 2. Education with all its institutions such as the family، school and council works to prepare the individual in all stages of his life، developing his sense of responsibility towards society and therefor affecting the development of the of the volunteer work culture. 3. There are some obstacles that limit students from practicing the voluntary work، for example: Not having the right time، the lack of sufficient and appropriate awareness that age group about the importance of voluntary work.
