يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري الذي يحكم تجويد الأداء المؤسسي مثل مفهوم الأداء المؤسسي ومقوماته، وخصائصه، والتعرف على الإطار الذى يحكم البرمجة اللغوية العصبية من حيث مفهومها وأهميتها وفنياتها، ودورها في تجويد الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة بمصر، وقدم البحث مجموعة مقترحات تسهم في تجويد الأداء المؤسسي، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد وضح البحث أن تجويد الأداء جزء لا يتجزء من العملية التعليمية، وأن البرمجة اللغوية العصبية تقدم فنيات كثيرة تعمل على تحسين الأداء المؤسسي وتحسين العملية التعليمية ككل بتطبيق فنياتها بالتدريب والدراسة للوصول إلى أفضل مستوى. The objective of research is to identify the theoretical framework that governs the improvement of institutional performance, such as the concept of institutional performance and its components, and its characteristics, and to identify the framework that governs NLP in terms of its concept, importance, and techniques, and its role in improving institutional performance in public secondary schools in Egypt. In improving institutional performance, the researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research showed that improving performance is an integral part of the educational process and that NLP offers many techniques that work to improve institutional performance and improve the educational process as a whole by applying its techniques through training and study to reach the best level.
