هدف البحث إلى معرفة الصعوبات التي تواجه منهج الكفايات من وجهة نظر المعلمات في دولة الكويت، حيث اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة الاستبانة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (51) معلمة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن وقت الحصة لم يكن مناسبا لمنهج الكفايات، ومعلومات المادة العلمية وقيمة المادة العلمية والأنشطة تدل على الحيادية، وفقرة توجيه المعلمة للطالبات حصلت على تأييد كبير لشعور المعلمة بالحماس أثناء توجيه الطالبات. ويوصي البحث بفتح المجال للمعلمات في اختيار الأنشطة بما يتناسب مع المادة وإعطاء المعلمة المساحة في تطوير منهج الكفايات بعد تطبيقه في الميدان. The aim of this research is to know the difficulties facing the competency curriculum from the point of view of female teachers in the State of Kuwait, as the research relied on the descriptive and analytical method using the questionnaire tool, and the study sample consisted of (51) teachers, the study concluded that the class time was not appropriate for the competencies curriculum, and the information of the scientific material and the value of the scientific material and activities indicate neutrality, and the paragraph of instructing the teacher to the students got great support for the teacher's feeling of enthusiasm while guiding the students. The research recommends opening the space for teachers in choosing activities in proportion to the material and giving the teacher the space in developing the competency curriculum after its application in the field.
