هدف البحث إلى التعرف على معوقات متطلبات التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال. وتحقيقا لهدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة، طبقت على عينة قوامها (200) من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الدقهلية. توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج منها: التعرف على أبرز معوقات متطلبات التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال على ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، فالتنمية المهنية المستدامة هي مجموعة من الخبرات والمهارات والمعلومات التي تقدم للمعلمات أثناء الخدمة بهدف تنمية كفاءاتهن التعليمية والتربوية وتحقيق مبدأ التعليم مدى الحياة، وتستهدف التنمية المهنية للمعلمين رفع مستوى الأداء للأدوار المطلوبة من المعلمات بناء على توجيهات استراتيجية التنمية المهنية المستدامة لرؤية مصر 2030، وذلك خلال إعداد المدربين والفرق التدريبية المتخصصة، بشكل مستمر ومحاولة ترسيخ التطور والتحديث في التدريب بشكل ينمي المدربين والمتدربين معا، كتكريث الجهود لوضع عدة مبادئ تتخذ كقاعدة للتنمية المهنية المستدامة تتمثل في (الواقعية والغرضية والاستمرارية والتكامل والتنوع والتعدد والتعاون والدافعية والاختيارية والاهتمام بالتغذية الراجعة) واتفاق معلمات رياض الأطفال على أهمية توفير متطلبات تفعيل التنمية المهنية المستدامة من (متطلبات إدارية - متطلبات بشرية - متطلبات تقنية ومادية- متطلبات فنية تتعلق ببرامج وأساليب لاتنمية المهنية المستدامة)، في التدريب برؤية مصر. وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات، منها: توعية القائمين على العملية التعليمية بأهمية الاهتمام بمتطلبات التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، وتطوير أساليب التدريب برؤية مصر 2030، بحيث تنمي وتدعم التنمية المهنية المستدامة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وكيفية التغلب على معوقات التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال. The goal of the research is to identify the constraints of the requirements of the sustainable professional development of kindergarten teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive method, and relied on the questionnaire, applied to a sample of (200) kindergarten teachers in Daqahliya governorate. The research reached many results, including: identifying the most prominent requirements for activating the sustainable professional development of kindergarten teachers in the light of Egypt Vision 2030, sustainable professional development is a set of experiences, skills and information provided to female teachers during service with the aim of developing their educational and educational competencies and achieving the principle of lifelong education, and the goal of professional development for teachers is to raise the level of performance of the roles required of female teachers based on the guidance of the Sustainable Professional Development Strategy to see Egypt 2030, during the preparation of trainers. Specialized training teams, continuously and trying to consolidate development and modernization in training in a way that develops both trainers and trainees, such as the efforts to develop several principles that take place as a basis for sustainable professional development are (realism, purpose, continuity, integration, diversity, pluralism, cooperation, motivation, optional and attention to feedback), and the agreement of kindergarten teachers on the importance of providing the requirements of activating sustainable professional development (administrative requirements- human requirements- technical and material requirements- technical requirements related to programs and methods for the development of sustainable professional), in training with the vision of Egypt. The study recommended many recommendations, including: educating the administrators of the educational process on the importance of paying attention to the requirements of the sustainable professional development of kindergarten teachers, and developing training methods with vision Egypt 2030, so that it develops and supports the sustainable professional development of kindergarten teachers, and how to overcome the obstacles to the sustainable professional development of kindergarten teachers.
