هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة التغيير وعلاقتها بمستوى تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية بمدارس منطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة من محورين، أولهما تناول توفر متطلبات إدارة التغيير بأبعادها الثلاثة (التنظيمية، البشرية، المادية والتقنية) وعدد عباراته (25) عبارة، وتناول المحور الثاني مستوى تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية بأبعادها الثلاثة (الأسرة، المجتمعالمحلي، تقديم الدعم المالي للمدرسة) وعدد عباراته (21) عبارة. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (197) قائدا من قادة مدارس التعليم العام للبنين في المراحل التعليمية الثلاثة بمنطقة الباحة. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج، من أهمها أن درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة التغيير بدرجتها الكلية وأبعادها الثلاثة (التنظيمية، البشرية، المادية والتقنية) كان بدرجة متوسطة، وكذلك مستوى تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية كان متوسطا في الدرجة الكلية وفي بعدي (الشراكة مع الأسرة، والشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي) بينما كانت درجة تفعيل الشراكة في بعد (تقديم الدعم المالي للمدرسة) منخفضا. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة التغيير بمدارس منطقة الباحة وكذلك في مستوى تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية تعزى لاختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح قادة المدارس الذين تبلغ خبرتهم في القيادة المدرسية 10 سنوات فأكثر. وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية ودالة إحصائيا بين درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة التغيير ومستوى تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالتأكيد على أهمية تهيئة البيئة المدرسية المناسبة للتغيير، وتوفير متطلباتها التنظيمية والبشرية والمادية ، وتحفيز قادة المدارس على تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية وتهيئة الظروف المناسبة والمتطلبات اللازمة لدعم هذا الاتجاه. The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of change management requirements and its relationship to the level of activating community partnership in public education schools in Al-Baha region from the point of view of school leaders. The study followed the relational, descriptive approach, and the tool represented a questionnaire of two axes, the first of which dealt with the availability of change management requirements in its three dimensions (organizational, human, material and technical) and the number of its phrases (25) phrases, and the second axis dealt with the level of activating community partnership. Its three dimensions (the family, the local community, providing financial support to the school) and the number of its phrases are (21) phrases. The study was applied on a sample of (197) leaders of the general education schools for boys in the three educational stages in Al-Baha region. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is that the degree to which the requirements of change management are met in its total degree and its three dimensions (organizational, human, material and technical) was of a medium degree, as well as the level of activating community partnership was medium in the overall degree and in two dimensions (partnership with the family, and partnership with society) While the degree of activating the partnership in the dimension (providing financial support to the school) was low. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the study sample responses about the degree of availability of change management requirements in public education schools in Al-Baha region, as well as in the level of community partnership activation due to the difference in the number of years of experience in favor of school leaders who have experience in school leadership. 10 years or more. As well as the existence of a strong positive correlation and statistically significant between the degree of availability of change management requirements and the level of activation of community partnership. In light of the results, the study recommends emphasizing the importance of creating an appropriate school environment for change, providing its organizational, human and material requirements, and motivating school leaders to activate community partnership and create the appropriate conditions and requirements to support this trend.
