هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد الكفايات الفنية اللازمة لمديري المعاهد الأزهرية لتفعيل استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية بمحافظة المنيا. ولتحقيق الهدف، تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من أربعة مجالات: الأول يقيس كفايات مدير المعهد في مجال التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، والثاني يقيس كفاياته في مجال الأنشطة المدرسية، والثالث يقيس كفاياته في مجال التوجيه والارشاد، والرابع يقيس كفاياته في مجال الاتصال والعلاقات الانسانية. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري ومعلمي المعاهد الأزهرية بمحافظة المنيا، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (1127) مديرين ومعلمين. وقد تم تحليل البيانات الكمية لنتائج الدراسة باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوي توافر الكفايات الفنية لدي المديرين من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة في محافظة المنيا كانت متوسطة بالنسبة للدرجة الكلية لجميع مجالات أداة الدراسة، وكانت متوسطة بالنسبة لكل مجال على حدة بينما، كانت مرتفعة في مجال الاتصال والعلاقات الانسانية. وفي ضوء النتائج تضمنت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، منها ان تقوم المنطقة الأزهرية برفع مستوي الكفايات الفنية لدى مديري المعاهد في مجال التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، ومجال الانشطة المدرسية ومجال الإرشاد والتوجيه، ويمكن أن يتم ذلك بالتعاون بين المنطقة وكليات التربية بجامعة المنيا، كما أوصت الدراسة بأن يتم تضمين برامج إعداد المعلمين الذين سيتم اختيار المديرين منهم في المستقبل. The study aimed to determine the level of technical competencies necessary for directors of Al-Azhar institutes to activate the use of electronic management in the governorate of Minya. And to achieve this target a questionnaire had been made of four domains: The first domain measures the competencies of the director of the institute in the field of professional development for teachers, the second domain measures the competencies of the institute director in the field of school activities, the third domain measures the competencies of the director of the institute in the field of guidance and counseling, and the second domain measures the competencies of the institute director in the field of communication and human relations. The study population consisted of principals and teachers of Al-Azhar institutes in Minya Governorate, and the study sample consisted of (1127) principals and teachers. The quantitative data of the results of the study were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, and the results of the study showed that the level of availability of technical competencies among managers from the point of view of the study sample in Minya Governorate was medium in relation to the total score for all aspects of the study tool, and it was medium for each domain separately, while, it was high In the domain of communication and human relations. In the light of the results, the study included a set of recommendations that could be adopted by the directors of the institutes and the Azhar region in Minya governorate, including that the Azhar region raise the level of technical competencies of the directors of the institutes in the field of professional development for teachers, the field of school activities, and the field of counseling and guidance, and this can be done in cooperation between The region and colleges of education at Minia University. The study also recommended to include teacher preparation programs for which principals will be selected in the future. (Published abstract)
