تواجه معظم مجتمعات العصر الحالي العديد من التحولات والمتغيرات على كافة الأصعدة، حيث أضحت المعرفة وتقنياتها شعار المرحلة الحالية من مسيرة البشرية، وأصبح معيار نجاح أي مؤسسة هو ما تمتلكه من مقومات استثمار تلك المعرفة؛ تلك التحولات السريعة والمتلاحقة غيرت طبيعة بيئات العمل والإنتاج وشكلت بدورها تحديًا جديدًا للمؤسسات الإنتاجية استدعت بدورها قدرات ومهارات معينة لدى أفراد المجتمعات لمواجهتها، والتعامل السريع معها، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بالجامعات التي أصبحت مؤسسات اجتماعية تهدف الى تزويد المجتمع بالعناصر البشرية عالية التأهيل، ومن هنا سعت الشركات في توفير تعليم بديل مؤهل للعاملين، مع محاولة الاستفادة من الخبرات الأكاديمية في مجال التخصص بإبرام شراكات مع الجامعات، وقد أسهمت تلك الشراكات في ظهور نموذج جامعة الشركات " Corporate University"، والتي تستهدف بداية تنمية قدرات أعضائها وتدريبهم، كما أنها اتخذت العديد من السياسات والاستراتيجيات التربوية والتي قد تفيد في تحسين منظومة تدريب الموارد البشرية الاكاديمية بالجامعات، واعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي، وذلك من خلال تحليل الأدبيات المرتبطة بمفهوم جامعة الشركات واستعراض خصائصها وأبرز التحولات التي استدعت الأخذ بها، وأهم مبادراتها وممارساتها الداعمة لنظم تدريب الموارد البشرية الاكاديمية كما تتبين من بعض النماذج الرائدة عالميًا، وانتهى البحث إلى اقتراح مجموعة من الممارسات والآليات الداعمة للاستفادة من نموذج جامعة الشركات في الارتقاء بنظم تدريب الموارد البشرية الاكاديمية بالجامعات المصرية على مستوى القيادات الجامعية، أو أعضاء هيئة التدريس، أو الطلاب. Most societies of the current era are facing many transformations and changes at all levels, as knowledge and its technologies have become the motto of the current stage of the human march, and the criterion for the success of any institution is what it possesses of the elements of investing that knowledge; These rapid and successive transformations changed the nature of work and production environments and in turn posed a new challenge for productive institutions that in turn called for certain capabilities and skills of members of societies to confront them and deal quickly with them, especially with regard to universities that have become social institutions aiming to provide society with highly qualified human elements, hence the companies sought In providing qualified alternative education for workers, while trying to benefit from academic expertise in the field of specialization by concluding partnerships with universities. Which may be useful in improving the academic human resources training system in universities, and the research relied on the analytical approach, by analyzing the literature related to the concept of the corporate university and reviewing its characteristics and the most prominent transformations that necessitated its introduction, and its most important initiatives and practices in support of academic human resource training systems as indicated by some of the world's leading models.
