هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لمعايير منح الترخيص لمزاولة مهنة التعليم بالتعليم الثانوي العام في مصر. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتناولت مفهوم الترخيص المهني لمزاولة مهنة التعليم، ثم أهمية ودواعي الترخيص المهني لمزاولة مهنة التعليم. كما تناولت الدراسة بعض الخبرات العالمية المتقدمة في مجال منح الترخيص المهني للمعلمين لمزاولة مهنة التعليم بالتعليم الثانوي العام كما في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية والمملكة المتحدة واليابان. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم استخدام استبانة مكونة من تسعة محاور تشمل معايير منح الترخيص المهني لمزاولة مهنة التعليم بالتعليم الثانوي العام في مصر. وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن معايير منح الترخيص المهني لمزاولة مهنة التعليم لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي العام مهمة جدا. واقترحت الدراسة أن يتم منح الرخصة المهنية بموجب عدد من الاجراءات كاجتياز المرشح بنجاح اختبارات منح الترخيص المهني لمزاولة مهنة التعليم بالتعليم الثانوي العام وتقارير الاداء ومجموع الساعات التدريبية التي خضع لها. وقد أوصت بأن العمل فى المهن المختلفة لا يكتفي بالحصول على الدرجة الجامعية أو التدريب العملي، وإنما لا بد من الحصول على شهادة صلاحية العمل بالمهنة. The study aimed to develop a proposed conception of criteria for granting a license to practice the profession of teaching in general secondary education in Egypt. The study used the descriptive approach. In its theoretical framework, the study dealt with the concept of professional licensing to practice the profession of education, then the importance and reasons for professional licensing to practice the profession of education, then addressing the principles on which the licensing policy is based. Professionalism for teachers, including: 1) the principle of efficiency. 2) The principle of reward. 3) The principle of partnership. 4) The principle of competitiveness. 5) The principle of justice The study also dealt with some advanced international experiences in the field of granting professional licensing for teachers to practice the profession of teaching in general secondary education as in the United States of America and the United Kingdom And Japan, and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of nine axes was used, including criteria for granting a professional license to practice The results concluded that the criteria for granting a professional license to practice the teaching profession for teachers of general secondary education are very important and must be met by those who accept to work And the study suggested that the professional license be granted according to a number of procedures, such as the candidate successfully passing the exams for granting the professional license to practice the profession of teaching in general secondary education, which is determined by the authorities responsible for granting professional licenses to teachers of general secondary education, performance reports, and the total training hours that the candidate undergoes to be those The license for its holder is tantamount to declaring the person's affiliation to the profession and fulfilling its required conditions. It has been recommended that working in different professions is not sufficient to obtain a university degree or practical training, but rather to obtain a certificate of validity to work in the profession.
