هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتصميم برنامج ماجستير تخصص تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية – جامعة صعدة في ضوء التطورات العلمية والتكنولوجية. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم إعداد استبانة تضم (30) فقرة، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة المتخرجين بالكلية بلغ حجمها (53) فرداً، وتم استخدام أسلوب دلفاي (Delphi) لتحكيم التصور المقترح للبرنامج من قبل لجنة من الخبراء المتخصصين بمجال تكنولوجيا التعليم في بعض الجامعات اليمنية بلغ عددهم (9) خبراء. وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: أن مستوى الحاجة إلى فتح برنامج ماجستير تخصص تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية في جامعة صعدة جاءت بتقدير مرتفع، بمتوسط حسابي (4.02)، وبنسبة مئوية (80%)، وأن مستوى المعوقات التي تعوق فتح برنامج ماجستير في تكنولوجيا التعليم كانت بتقدير مرتفع، وبمتوسط حسابي (4.03)، ونسبة مئوية (81%)، وجاءت استجابات الخبراء مناسبة جداً، حول مكونات التصور المقترح لتصميم برنامج ماجستير في تكنولوجيا التعليم، حيث تراوحت ما بين (72%-100%)، متضمناً: الأسس، المنطلقات، التوجه الإستراتيجي للبرنامج (الرؤية، الرسالة، القيم)، الأهداف العامة، المتطلبات الأساسية، الإدارة والتسيير، خطة الدراسة وتوزيع المقررات، وأخيراً مخرجات البرنامج. كما خلص البحث إلى تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات ذات الصلة. The aim research is to present a proposed vision for the design of a master’s program specializing in educational technology at the College of Education – Sa’adah University in light of scientific and technological developments. The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and a questionnaire containing (30) items was prepared, which was applied to a simple random sample of faculty members and students. The number of graduates from the college reached (53) individuals, the Delphi method was used to evaluate the proposed vision for the program by a committee of experts specialized in the field of educational technology in some Yemeni universities, numbering (9) experts. One of the most prominent results of the research was that the level of need to open a master’s program specializing in educational technology at the College of Education in Sa’adah University was rated high, with an arithmetic average of (4.02) and a percentage of (80%), and that the level of obstacles that hinder opening a master’s program in educational technology was rated highly. With an arithmetic mean of (4.03) and a percentage of (%81), the experts’ responses were very appropriate regarding the components of the proposed vision for designing a master’s program in educational technology, as they ranged between (72% – 100%), including: foundations, starting points, strategic direction of the program (vision, mission, values), general objectives, basic requirements, administration and management, study plan and course distribution, and finally the program outcomes.
