يهدف البحث لدراسة الكفاءة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالذكاء الوجداني لدى عينة من طالبات الجامعة الملتحقات بقسم رياض الأطفال، كلية التربية بحفر الباطن، جامعة الدمام. استخدمت الباحثة في البحث الحالي الأدوات التالية: 1) مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية (إعداد الباحثة). 2) مقياس الذكاء الوجداني (إعداد الباحثة). طبق البحث على عينة قوامها (200) طالبة من طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال، كلية التربية للبنات بحفر الباطن، جامعة الدمام ممن تتراوح أعمارهم بين (19-35) سنة. أظهرت النتائج التالي: 1) وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين درجات الطالبات على أبعاد مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية ودرجاتهن على جميع أبعاد مقياس الذكاء الوجداني والدرجة الكلية للاختبار. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات ذوات الكفاءة الاجتماعية المرتفعة والطالبات ذوات الكفاءة الاجتماعية المنخفضة على اختبار "مقياس الذكاء الوجداني" لصالح الطالبات ذوات الكفاءة الاجتماعية المرتفعة. 3) يمكن التنبؤ بالكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في ضوء مكونات الذكاء الوجداني. 4) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية حسب السن وعدد سنوات التخصص لصالح الأكبر سنا والأكثر خبرة. The research aims to study the social competence and its relationship to emotional intelligence in a sample of university students enrolled in kindergarten Department, Faculty of Education, HafrAlbatin - University of Dammam. Researcher used the following tools in the current research: 1) A measure of social efficiency. (Prepared by the researcher). 2) A measure of emotional intelligence. (Prepared by the researcher). Search has been applied to a sample of 200 female students from kindergarten Department, Faculty of Education, HafrAlbatin - University of Dammam, those their ages between (19-35) years. The study found a set of results, including: 1) There is a positive correlation statistically significant at the level (0.01) between the scores of students on the dimensions of parameters measure of social Competence and their grades on all dimensions of emotional intelligence scale and the total score for the test. 2) There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the Averages scores of female students with high social competence and female students with social Competence to the test of "a measure of emotional intelligence" in favor of female students with high social competence. 3) We can predict with social Competence of female student parameter in the light of the components of emotional intelligence. 4) There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the averages scores of the female students on a measure of Social Competence by age and number of specialization years.
