هدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على السمة العامة لاضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى اللاجئيين السودانيين بالقاهرة بسبب حرب 15 أبريل 2023 والتعرف على الفروق في اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى اللاجئين السودانيين على ضوء متغير النوع والمستوى التعليمي والعمر واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وطبقا مقياس اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لديفيدسون (1995) ترجمة عبدالعزيز ثابت وتعديل الباحثين على عينة من اللاجئين السودانيين بالقاهرة بسبب حرب 15 أبريل 2023 بلغت 207 تم اختيارهم كعينة عشوائية بسيطة وتم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) باستخدام معامل اختبار ألفاكرونباخ ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار(ت) لعينة واحدة واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين واختبار التباين الأحادي(أنوفا) وتوصل الباحثان الى النتائج التالية : يتسم اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى اللاجئين السودانيين بالقاهرة بسبب حرب 15 أبريل 2023 بالتوسط ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى اللاجئين السودانيين بالقاهرة تعزي لمتغير النوع والمستوى التعليمي والعمر وبناءً على النتائج التى تم التوصل اليها قدم الباحثان بعض التوصيات أهمها :أن تقدم المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية الدعم النفسي لضحايا الحرب الذين يعانون من اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة للتخفيف من حدة الاعراض وتطورها. This research aimed to identify the general characteristics of post-traumatic stress disorder among Sudanese refugees in Cairo due to the war of 15 April 2023, and to identify the differences in post-traumatic stress disorder among Sudanese refugees in light of the variables of gender, educational level, and age. The researchers followed the descriptive approach and applied Davidson’s (1995) Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Scale, translated by Abdel Aziz Thabit and modified by the researchers, to a sample of Sudanese refugees in Cairo due to the war of 15 April 2023, amounting to 207 who were selected as a simple random sample. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program using the Cronbach's alpha test coefficient, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the t-test for one sample, the t-test for two independent samples, and the one-way variance (ANOVA). The researchers reached the following results: Post-traumatic stress disorder among Sudanese refugees in Cairo due to the war of 15 April 2023 was characterized by mediation, and there were no statistically significant differences in post-traumatic stress disorder among Sudanese refugees in Cairo attributed to the variables of gender, educational level, and age. Based on the findings, the researchers presented some recommendations, the most important of which is that governmental and non-governmental organizations provide psychological support to war victims suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder to alleviate the severity and progression of symptoms.
