هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الوعي المهني، وتحديد أبعاده، واستعراض لأبرز النظريات المفسرة للوعي المهني، والكشف عن أهم العوامل المؤثرة في الوعي المهني لدى الطلاب، وتقديم توصيات حول اساليب تنمية الوعي المهني لديهم. واستخدمت الدراسة منهج (البحث الوثائقي) أو ما يعرف بالتحليل المكتبي. وتناولت الدراسة المباحث التالية: (مفهوم الوعي المهني، وأبعاد الوعي المهني، وأبرز النظريات المفسرة للوعي المهني، وأهمية الوعي المهني، والعوامل المؤثرة في الوعي المهني، وأساليب تنمية الوعي المهني، والوعي المهني وعلاقته بالاختيار المهني، والعوامل المؤثرة في عملية الاختيار المهني). وخلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم عدة توصيات من أجل الاسهام في تنمية الوعي المهني لدى الطلاب وذلك على مستوى المدرسة، والاسرة، والمجتمع. The study aimed to identify the concept of professional awareness, define its dimensions, review the most prominent theories that explain professional awareness, reveal the most important factors affecting students ‘professional awareness, and provide recommendations on methods of developing professional awareness among them. The study used the method of (documentary research) or what is known as desk analysis. The study dealt with the following topics: (the concept of professional awareness, the dimensions of professional awareness, the most prominent theories explaining professional awareness, the importance of professional awareness, the factors affecting professional awareness, methods of developing professional awareness, professional awareness and its relationship to professional choice, and the factors influencing the process of professional awareness. professional choice). The study concluded by presenting several recommendations in order to contribute to the development of professional awareness among students at the school, family, and community levels.
