هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدى طلبتها وتقديم جملة من المقترحات لتطوير هذا الدور. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تم تصميم استبانة لتحديد دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدى طلبتها، وهي مكونة من (39) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، وإجراء مقابلة مع بعض الخبراء لتقديم مقترحات لتفعيل هذا الدور. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الإعدادية بوكالة الغوث الدولية بمحافظات غزة، وعددهم (6400) طالبا وطالبة، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على العينة البالغ عددها (370) طالبا وطالبة. وجاءت أهم نتائجها: 1) أن دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدى طلبتها جاء بوزن نسبي (77.80%) وبدرجة موافقة كبيرة. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ببن متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدى طلبتها تعزى لمتغير الجنس باستثناء مجال المناهج الدراسية لصالح الطلاب، كما لا توجد فروق في متغير الكلية العلمية، بينما توجد فروق في متغير الجامعة لصالح جامعة فلسطين. 3) تقديم جملة من المقترحات لتفعيل دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي في تعزيز بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدى طلبتها. 4) ضرورة الاهتمام بالمناهج الدراسية التي تعزز المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة. 5) ضرورة إشراك الطلبة بعملية اتخاذ القرارات من خلال كلياتهم العلمية، واستحداث آليات للتعاون. The study aimed at identifying the role of higher education institutions in the Gaza governorates in enhancing some social skills in their students and presenting a number of proposals for developing this role. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was designed to determine the role of higher education institutions in the Gaza governorates in enhancing some of the social skills of their students. It consists of (39) paragraphs divided into three fields, and an interview with some experts to make proposals for activating this role. The study population consists of all the teachers and teachers of the UNRWA preparatory schools in the governorates of Gaza, numbering (6400) male and female students, and the questionnaire was applied to the sample of (370) students. The most important results were: 1) The role of the higher education institutions in the Gaza governorates in enhancing some of the social skills of their students came at a relative weight (77.80%) with a high degree of approval. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of individuals in the study sample for the role of the higher education institutions in the Gaza governorates in enhancing some of the social skills in their students due to the gender variable except the field of the curriculum for students benefit. And there are no differences in the variable scientific college, while there are differences in the university variable in favor of the University of Palestine. 3) The need to involve students in the decision-making process through their scientific colleges, and the development of mechanisms for cooperation.
