The aim of research is to find out the extent of the availability of quality system and academic accreditation in Dhamar University from the perspective of teaching staff members through the key components of this system of inputs, processes and output. The research has tried to answer the following questions: 1) What the extent of the availability of quality system and academic accreditation in Dhamar University from the perspective of teaching staff members. 2) Is there statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the estimation of the respondents to the degree of quality in the quality of Dhamar University system components due to the variables of the college academic degree and years of experience. To achieve the aim of the research. The researcher used descriptive approach, and the research community from all teaching Yemeni faculty members at the University of Dhamar who hold scientific titles: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor, totaling (226) members, only (180) members responded to them, using the appropriate means. Research results showed that the degree of availability of quality and academic accreditation Dhamar University, from the point of view of little consideration of the faculty members in the three areas to ensure the system: (inputs, processes, outputs) and no statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) due to the variables of the college, the academic degree, years of experience, and in light of the results presented researcher number of recommendations and proposals that will provide quality assurance in the university system.
