يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة المستوى الثالث بكلية التربية في جامعة الحديدة نحو مهنة التدريس، ويقتصر على قياس الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس لدى طلبة المستوى الثالث بكلية التربية في جامعة الحديدة من الدارسين في التخصصات الأدبية والعلمية الآتية: القرآن وعلومه، الدراسات الإسلامية، الدراسات العربية، الدراسات الإنجليزية، الكيمياء، الفيزياء، الرياضيات، معلم الحاسوب، خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي (2009-2010م). وتوصل البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات طلبة المستوى الثالث بكلية التربية في جامعة الحديدة تعزى إلى أثر التفاعل بين متغيري الجنس والقسم، وقد يرجع عدم وجود أثر للتفاعل بين هذين المتغيرين إلى اتجاهات العينة نحو المهنة إلى تشابه الخبرات والبرامج والمقررات التي يمر بها كل من الطلبة الذكور والإناث في الأقسام المختلفة بكلية التربية. The research aims to identify the attitudes of third-level students in the faculty of education at Al-Hodeida University towards the teaching profession. The study is limited to measuring attitudes towards the teaching profession among third-level students in the college of education at Al-Hodeida University who are students in the following literary and scientific departments: Qur’an and its sciences, Islamic studies, Arabic studies, English studies, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer teacher, during the second semester of the academic year 2009-2010. The research has found that there were no statistically significant differences between the attitudes of third-level students in the college of education at Al-Hodeida University due to the effect of the interaction between the variables of gender and department; both male and female students in the different departments of the college of education.
